The Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) and its Senate companion, the Protect IP Act (PIPA) purport to stop internet copyright violations. "But I only engage in fair use!" you say. Never mind. These overreaching laws will grant government take-down power over your site on their word. Are telling me that this power will not be politicized? We're all Gibson Guitar now.
