NBC: Silence! I Keel You!

Last night's debate was incredibly boring and NBC's silencing of the crowd contributed to that placid dynamic. The more cynical among us might conclude that this is a purposeful strategy specifically designed to undermine the Newtmentum. It is noteworthy that the establishment finds advantage in silencing voices at every turn, SOPA being one recent example. What do we think this is? A participatory democracy?
